Patrick Barton

Sam Christensen

Sam has been a commercial real estate consultant since 2003 focused in land development, retail and hospitality properties. Sam has extensive experience operating, selling and leasing restaurants, dealerships, hotels and retail centers. For nearly two decades, Sam was involved as an investor in land development, participating in multiple RDA/SID projects, including the 22 acre Provo East Bay development. Sam is a founding member in various startup businesses from franchised auto dealerships, restaurants, biotech and mining companies. Sam has experience in many fields, earning his BS and MS Degrees in mechanical engineering, serving as corporate Vice President in the mining industry, and a manufacturing manager in the pharmaceutical industry for over a decade. Sam is a creative consultant, who will show you how to get the most out of your real estate project, even when it seems most difficult.

Daniel Fawson

Dan has been working the CRE industry for nearly ten years. He began his real estate career analyzing data and identifying trends along the Wasatch Front. By monitoring the market, Dan was able to build strong relationships with Landlords, Developers and Tenants. He grasped a deep rooted understanding of the CRE market in Utah and is known for his ability to quickly establish trust with his clients. Matt Mangum

Matt joined the CRC team in 2018 after leading sales teams in the tech industry for the last 4 years. He graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Finance. Matt grew up in the Real Estate world with both his father and oldest brother working in Commercial Real Estate for his entire life. Ray DeWitt has over 20 years in the financial industry. He specializes in 1031 exchanges, investment properties and syndicated real estate. Ray is a fiduciary and also has a securities license, offering securities through Concorde Investment Services, LLC (CIS), member FINRA/SICP.  cRc Nationwide is independent of CIS. He can help you in almost any 1031 exchange situation.
